One of the main problems every contemporary organisation face today is the challenge of developing the competencies, attitudes and organizational factors required to make change and innovation projects succeed. Nowadays, more than 70% of organisations typically fail to materialize organisational change strategies.
CHANGEMASTERS exploits the reality and need of organizations to help their managers in order to develop key skills and competencies in organizational change and innovation management area through an innovative, highly involving, effective and easy deployable life-long learning service. CHANGEMASTERS provides a set of widely deployable eLearning simulations putting users in role-playing situations in which they can validate and develop their soft skills through learning-by-doing in realistically modelled scenarios.
