Exploitation plan in the proposal

6.2.1.1 Collective Exploitation

Whiles it is too early at this stage to make some collective exploitation plans, the collaboration already existing between the different partners (La Cantoche and OntDekNet; INSEAD and STC, etc.), the good complementarity of the partners, and the strong presence of educational bodies operating in different markets (no competition), open the possibility of the establishment of several lines of collective exploitation of the results, both from a scientific perspective (co-authoring of publication), a technical perspective (collaboration in the further evaluation of the prototypes), and marketing perspectives (educational market).

A plan will be elaborated for the collective exploitation of some of the knowledge assets that have been generated by this project. Most probably, this exploitation will consists in the setting-up (or the consolidation) of alliances between some partners. The open source option for the exploitation of some of the results of the project will be considered and evaluated at the time of the elaboration of the exploitation plan.

6.2.1.2 Individual Exploitation

The nature of the AtGentive project makes the individual exploitation of the results very straightforward. The collective exploitation plan will therefore be completed with individual exploitation plans.
