The KLAB Simulation Challenge

One of the unique characteristics of KLAB, as an additional service, is the Simulation Software integrated in its Methodology. The objective of this simulation is to allow decision-makers in Learning Networks to better understand and manage change and innovation processes in their networks. This step is key to enable them to take full advantage of KLAB and use it effectively to innovate their key learning, knowledge management, and network governance and management processes.

It consist in ½ to 1 day Workshops.

During this workshop a survey will be collected to collect the feedback from the participants.

  • The first KLab workshop will take place the 20th January 2006 in Fontainebleau.
  • The participants of this workshop are the INSEAD Staff.

• Second KLab Simulation Challenge workshop

  • The Second KLab workshop will take place the 1rst February 2006 in Fontainebleau.
  • The participants of this workshop are INSEAD Alumni and KLab partners.
